You will discuss the details of your injury, goals, and current level of function to assess if we are the right fit for you.  If so, you will make an appointment for the PT to come to you.  

Your PT will come to your home or office at the appointment time.  During the evaluation they will assess your injury, provide appropriate treatment (manual therapy, exercise) and set you up with exercises to perform at home.  They will discuss with you further treatment requirements at that time.  

You will discuss with your PT and decide on how many follow up visits you would need based on their professional opinion as well as your schedule.  During each follow up visit, your PT will perform manual therapy as needed and update your exercises.  They will also be available to you for guidance with home exercises through phone, text or email with no additional costs.  You can expect each session to be 45-60 min.
