"The name "Arch" first and foremost is a nod to my grandmother (Archchi in Singhalese).  She has been such an influential person in my life; and even 25 years after her death, she remains a voice in my head.  Something I heard from her often is "Anything worth doing, is worth doing right" (usually said when I was slacking off on my home work).  This 7 word saying has guided my work ethic my whole life.

I have been a Physical Therapist since 2010 and have worked in multiple outpatient facilities in that time.  It has become apparent over the past few years, that insurance companies make it difficult to do PT "right".  PT's have to constantly see 2-4 patients at a time, limiting the one on one attention given to each patient.  By eliminating the constraints of insurance companies, we are able to provide efficient, effective and comprehensive care to our clients"
