"The name "Arch" first and foremost is a nod to my grandmother (Archchi in Singhalese).  She has been such an influential person in my life; and even 25 years after her death, she remains a voice in my head.  Something I heard from her often is "Anything worth doing, is worth doing right" (usually said when I was slacking off on my home work).  This 7 word saying has guided my work ethic my whole life.

I have been a licensed Physical Therapist since 2010, with extensive experience across multiple outpatient clinical settings. I am deeply committed to ongoing professional development and continually refining my clinical skills. As a result, I am trained in a wide range of evidence-based techniques, including the McKenzie Method, Muscle Energy Techniques (MET), Active Release Techniques (ART), cupping therapy, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), myofascial release, and kinesiotaping. I am passionate about applying these skills to help patients improve mobility, restore function, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
